I was wondering what is the difference between lash enhancement and eyeliner?

Hi Jane,
Lash Enhancement is only applied to the top lashes and the tattooing is done through the base of your eyelashes, this gives a similar look to when you wash off your mascara and are left with that dark base around your eyelashes. Eyeliner on the top eyelid starts with a lash enhancement and then continues above the lashes to form a line of the thickness the client desires, eyeliner can also be performed on the bottom eyelid lash line. With cosmetic tattooing the bottom lid eyeliner will always appear more like a liquid eyeliner than a kohl pencil eyeliner
