Special Orders
Special Orders
You can place a special order with us by first sending us an
email request detailing what you require and in what quantity and your
delivery address.
If we are able to supply the products you need we will email you back a price
and you can then use the Special Order product page to place your order, just
insert the price you have been quoted inclusive of postage on the special order
product page and then when you reach the checkout at stage 4 'Review and place
order Place order' you can insert the details of the special order in the memo
section.
In addition the the price & postage cost quoted to you a $20 fee will be added to each special order to cover the additional work that is involved for each order, its that simple.
So to review;
• Email us the full details of your needs - Product, Quantity & Delivery
Address.
• When you receive the quote place your order via the Special Order page by
inserting the quoted price.
• When you reach the checkout insert the details of your order in the memo
section at stage 4
• $20 is added at the checkout to cover the extra workload.
NB. No discounts are applied to special orders.
