CosmeticTattooist.com offers comprehensive and innovative training via an Accelerated Interactive Vocational Education Program© (AIVEP) course framework.

Our industry first training format prepares our students for their practical training via an online interactive multimedia course presentation that ensures that the practical training sessions spent with your instructor have the maximum time allocated to actually learning to tattoo rather than wasting practical training sessions on the preparatory theory and practice pad practicals that can be done at your own pace from the comfort of your own home with the guidance of our detailed course material.

In addition to our standard training modules we also offer Custom Training, if you have a particular training need then send us an email request detailing your specific requirements we will email you back a price for the training and you can then use the Custom Training page to place your order, just insert the price you have been quoted and then when you reach the checkout at stage 4 'Review and place order Place order' you can insert the details of the Custom Training in the memo section.

Training Agreement


By purchasing this course you are enrolling in a CosmeticTattooist.com Cosmetic Tattooing training course, Custom Training.
 
By making your purchase you acknowledge and agree to all the following statements as conditions of your training subscription with CosmeticTattooist.com - Accelerated Interactive Vocational Education Program© (referred to as ‘CT-AIVEP’ & ‘The Site’ henceforth).
 
I have read, understood and agree that;
 
I am enrolling in a Custom Training course. This agreement will remain in force at all times during any training in this and all future training modules via the CT-AIVEP program.
 
Custom Training is available to qualified Cosmetic Tattooist who have already successfully completed a course via a reputable training organisation.
 
Under my training guarantee I will be eligible for a refund of 100% of the cost of the individual module subscription fee if I am unsuccessful in my final assessment for that module and in the opinion of the training assessor I have made all reasonable efforts to complete the training program and in the opinion of the training assessor it is unlikely even with additional training that I will be able to successfully complete the module. I understand that no other guarantees or warranties are offered or implied. No refund is available for training kits or any other costs of any kind.
 
I will be provided 60 days site access (the subscription period) and no guarantees are made about site data transfer rates, uptime or availability. The site has been designed and tested to function best with the web browser Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or above, The Site may or may not function normally with other web browsers. Mac users should note that the Safari web browser is known to have problems displaying some web tables and JavaScript correctly therefore an alternative web browser may be required. No guarantee is made that The Site is completely error, or bug free. I agree that I use The Site solely at my own risk.
 
I will not provide my site access user name or password to any other party nor will I permit any other person to gain access to The Site via my user name and password and if I am found to have done so I will have my training subscription and site access permanently revoked without refund.
If required, an extension to my 60 day training subscription can be purchased for an additional cost. However students will again have access to prior modules when enrolling in subsequent modules during their training subscription period. For example when enrolling in Modules 2-5 I will again have access to Module 1 during my subscription period for no additional cost.
 
Care has been taken in preparing the training program but no guarantee is given that the course content is free from any errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
Course content is not intended to provide or replace medical, pharmacy, legal, business, taxation, insurance, health authority or any regulatory advice in any circumstances whatsoever. I will in all instances seek appropriate expert advice before acting upon any information contained within the course material.
 
I am strongly encouraged to take out comprehensive insurance cover particularly for professional indemnity and public liability prior to commencing Cosmetic Tattooing on any person. I am also encouraged to discuss with my Doctor the recommendation for hepatitis vaccinations and any other health requirements prior to commencing practical tattoo sessions on live models (any person).
 
I indemnify CosmeticTattooist.com, CT-AIVEP, its owners & all course instructors, trainers, employees, suppliers, and any other associated party against any action of any kind in relation to my participation in this training program and any adverse consequences or unwanted outcomes whatsoever.
I will remain solely legally and financially responsible for my own actions both during the training subscription period and thereafter.
I will not alter, deface, misuse nor do anything that may be liable to harm The Site during my use thereof.

During practical training sessions I understand that I am responsible for the arrangement and attendance of models for my practical training, I am also aware that if additional training days are required due to non attendance of models or for any other reason that extra costs may be charged.

Except where otherwise indicated I will not copy, reproduce, or transmit in anyway, any part of this training program without the prior written consent of the copyright holder.
 
I will not provide access to, or copies of, any course material I gain during the subscription period or thereafter to any other party without the prior written consent of the copyright holder.

In the event of any dispute, and in all other legal circumstances, the laws of the state of Victoria Australia shall apply and the courts of the state of Victoria Australia shall have jurisdiction.
