Free Australia Wide Delivery to
suburban destinations at regular street addresses
(no P.O. boxes please) is included in the purchase price of many items within the CT-shop
(some destinations are extra). Most items are
dispatched within 7 working days of your order.
Occasionally an item may be out of stock or sold out and in these
instances you will be offered a refund of the purchase price or an
alternative if you wish.
Overseas orders will incur additional delivery and handling costs, please contact us prior to
placing an overseas order.

the genuine item and reasonable care has been taken to describe the item
accurately in this listing. Please choose carefully because returns are
not possible if you change your mind or for any reason other than a
faulty product. All items are sold with a warranty that ensures what you
ordered is received by you in good working order and is able to be used as
intended by the manufacturer and or as specified by us.

product if it is found to be either damaged or not working correctly when
it is received. This type of warranty situation is termed "Dead on
Arrival" or DoA. The DoA period is 7 days from the date your order
is posted. Some items also
come with a longer warranty period that extends beyond this
7 day DoA period if so it will be specified within the listing details.
Under the warranty provisions, CT-Shop the distributor
or
manufacturer will repair or replace damaged or faulty goods
(at our discretion). If the
product cannot be repaired or exchanged by the same or another item with
similar specifications, then a credit voucher or, in the case of
a DoA, a refund will be offered if the product is
unused. Unreasonable use or abuse of the product will result in the warranty being voided, other exclusions may also apply.
In the event of a faulty or damaged product all requests must be complied with by the purchaser
and the product must be returned to us in original condition & at the
purchasers expense In the event of loss or
damage in the post the purchaser will need to comply with the carriers
insurance.
